OPEN MEETING: Over fifty residents attended the open meeting in the Bishop Lonsdale School on Thursday January 5 arranged between the Parish Council and Taylor Wimpey. The meeting was addressed by Production Manager Ian Wood who seemed to spend at least half of the meeting apologising for the mistakes made at the site and the other half explaining how he did not know the answers to the questions he was being asked. He agreed to take the questions back to the office and find out the answers and hold a further meeting with a technical TW person attending. He gave his business cards out and asked anyone who had questions to email him at ian.wood@taylorwimpey.com or ring at 01543 496700. The meeting was also attended by Parish Councillors Graham Garner, John Leather, Tina Price, Eileen Amos and Borough Councillor Peter Jones.
